Our manufacturing facility has fully automated FFS machines and in-house printing facilities to handle sorting and making the products ready to deliver, from start to finish, while ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
Pre-Cleaning
Gravity Separator
The gravity separator machine efficiently separates dry bulk seed particles that are similar in shape but differ in weight. This machine is highly efficient and can easily handle a wide variety of seeds, such as Fennel, Ajwain, Cumin and other spices & grains.
In addition, the gravity separator is easy to operate, and its design makes it ideal for cleaning seed spices & grains.
Blender
Our SS blender/roaster is a critical machine in any large-scale production facility. It consists of a large tank that can mix and blend batches of raw materials, helping to create a unique product.
This machine is also used for pre-heating the raw material and getting rid of moisture content if any. We aim to enhance the flavour and aroma of the final food product with this blender.
Pulveriser
Our fully automated SS pulveriser helps to pulverise a wide range of products efficiently and smoothly. With a high processing capacity of 2.5 tons/day, this machine consists of 3 parts: crusher, course mill, and a fine mill with vibro shifter, to separate the product into different particle sizes.
The machine is also equipped with a dust collector to collect and neatly gather the dust generated during the pulverizing process.
